Will I lose my existing confirmed bookings?
No. We coordinate the transition so that all existing bookings are honoured without issues. Your guests won't notice any negative change — only an improvement in service.
Is there any penalty for switching managers?
It depends on your current contract. In most cases, holiday rental management contracts allow termination with 30 days' notice. We'll advise you on how to manage your exit cleanly.
What happens to my Airbnb listing and my reviews?
If the listing is under your name, you simply switch managers and keep all your reviews. If it's under your current manager's name, we create a new optimised listing that we position quickly thanks to our Superhost status.
How long does the full transition take?
