What is the free season review?
An analysis of your Málaga holiday apartment by AltaHomes within 48 working hours: your listing against comparables in your area, our income estimate under full management, and a guaranteed rent figure. Free and with no obligation.
Do I have to leave my current manager?
No. The analysis is yours to keep; many owners use it to renegotiate or to ask for specific improvements. If you do switch, the handover takes about 10 days and confirmed bookings are kept.
I live outside Spain. Does that matter?
Not at all: most owners we review are non-residents. Everything is handled in English (or French or German) by the founders directly, and the guaranteed rent option gives you one fixed monthly transfer.
