About AltaHomes: who runs your Málaga holiday let
AltaHomes is a boutique holiday-apartment manager based in Málaga. Behind it are Manuel Moreno, the founder, and Inmaculada Hernández, Director of Operations: a local team who live in Málaga and are involved in every home.

She runs the day-to-day operation of every home and is the person who answers when you write to AltaHomes, as a guest or an owner; in writing, in French and German too.
What we do
AltaHomes runs 11 holiday apartments: 8 in Málaga city (La Malagueta, the historic centre, Huelin, Perchel Norte and Trinidad) and 3 on the Costa del Sol: Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Nerja.
For owners: We take on homes in Málaga city, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Marbella and Nerja as a priority; the rest of the province, Fuengirola included, case by case.

We are not the biggest manager in Málaga, and we don't want to be. We take on homes we can genuinely commit to.
Manuel and Inmaculada, in every home
We look after every home directly, with no rotating account manager, and every owner has our phone number.
